On June 4th, 2019, the Intercontinental Lyon - Hôtel-Dieu, opened its doors with 13,237 sqm of luxurious space and revealed its 144 rooms as well as its convention center l’Académie by Intercontinental, covering 2,500 sqm. After six years of substantial construction works, this opening completes the 51,500 sqm of the new Grand Hôtel-Dieu, and the InterContinental Lyon – Hôtel-Dieu – 5 stars is its centerpiece.
