TwentyTwo Real Estate is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Chasse Sud property by an investment vehicle it advises. The property was acquired from Eurocommercial Properties NV for €80 million net to the seller.
Chasse Sud is a 52,000 sqm real estate asset located in Chasse-sur-Rhône, 25km South of Lyon. It comprises a Casino hypermarket, a modern retail park as well as a logistics warehouse. Its tenants include renowned brands such as Decathlon, Boulanger, C&A, Gémo, Bricomarché and Conforama.
The seller was advised by the notary firm Allez & Associés and by Up! Real. Estate. The buyer was advised by the notary firm Wargny Katz, the law firm Archers and the law firm Lacourte Raquin Tatar.
