Grand Hôtel Dieu, a flagship real estate scheme, has won the MAPIC’s Best Urban Retail Project award in November 2018, and the Special Jury Prize of the SIMI 2018. PwC, which chose Grand Hôtel Dieu for its new regional headquarters, also won the ARSEG trophy in the category Best Work Environment.

Delivered in April 2018, Grand Hôtel Dieu is the largest reconversion of a listed building in Europe, comprising over 52,000 sqm of built areas and 8,000 sqm of courtyards and gardens in a five-acre lot at the heart of the city of Lyon. In 2019, the planned opening of the 5-star Intercontinental Hotel, convention center, and food court, will complement the existing retail shops, high-end offices, and 17th century-era apartments

Scaprim, the French subsidiary of the Twentytwo Real Estate group has been the asset, property, and project manager of the Grand Hôtel Dieu since 2015, on behalf of investors Crédit Agricole Assurances and Crédit Agricole Centre-Est.
