Officiis Properties, a Euronext Paris-listed office REIT, announced on July 12, 2018 the conclusion of preliminary sales agreements for the Think and Imagine buildings located in Neuilly-Sur-Seine. The sale of the properties is expected to be completed during Q4 2018. These disposals are expected to generate €142 million in sales proceeds for Officiis Properties, in line with the appraised values of the assets as at March 31, 2018.
On December 19, 2017, Officiis Properties sold the Salengro building to a French institutional investor generating sales proceeds of €19 million. The property, located in the Euroméditerranée business district, has 5,835 sqm of office space fully leased under a 10-year agreement to the city of Marseille.
Scaprim, the French subsidiary of TwentyTwo Real Estate, has been the asset manager and property manager of Officiis Properties since July 2015.
