TwentyTwo Real Estate, on behalf of a common investment vehicle with Massena Partners, has completed the acquisition of Le Nova in la Garenne-Colombes from French listed company MRM for 38m€.
Le Nova is a 10,600m² multi-tenanted property spread across 17 levels that has undergone a full redevelopment in 2012. Benefitting from the latest environmental certifications (BREEAM, French HQE/NF), Le Nova offers high-quality services to its tenants, such as an inter-company restaurant, a cafeteria and shared meeting rooms.

In this transaction, the purchaser was advised by Scaprim Asset Management, Clifford Chance and the notary office Allez & Associés.
MRM was advised by Cushman & Wakefield and the notary office ADDH (Maître Olaf Déchin).
