Officiis Properties, a Euronext Paris-listed office REIT, announced on February 6, 2019, the conclusion of a preliminary sale agreement of the Newtime building, located on the Ile de la Jatte in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The completion of this sale is expected to take place during the second quarter of 2019 for a net selling price of €156.8 million.
Scaprim, the French subsidiary of TwentyTwo Real Estate, has been the asset manager and property manager of Officiis Properties since July 2015.
