Powerhouse Habitat, the French residential investment company managed by Scaprim, subsidiary of TwentyTwo Real Estate, announces the acquisition of a property located in Aix-en-Provence (13), from Swiss Life Asset Managers. This property is located in the heart of an attractive landscaped private park in the Saint-Mitre district west of the city-center of Aix. It represents circa 9,000 sqm of housing space, spread across three buildings which collectively are comprised of 114 apartments.
This acquisition is in line with the strategy of Powerhouse Habitat, which aims at playing a significant role in the French residential market, through a policy centered on the acquisition of affordable housing in the private sector.
