Project management – Operations management

Whether we are acting as project management assistant (Assistant à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage) or as delegated project manager (Maître d’Ouvrage Délégué), our close collaboration with the Group’s Asset Management teams ensures that we have an in-depth understanding of users’ needs and landlords’ concerns. This knowledge of the market means that we can offer flexible, tailor-made project management solutions to optimise the value-creation of the assets.

ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE TO BUYERS IN THE CONTEXT OF FORWARD-PURCHASES (VEFA), DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTS (CPI) AND FORWARD-LEASES (BEFA) PROJECTS

From defining descriptive notes and technical specifications, to negotiating deeds clauses during the due diligence stage and monitoring works, we support our institutional investors or end-users in their interactions with developers. Our aim is to assess the technical and project risks associated with the assets and to suggest adaptations or amendments to improve liquidity and operability.
