TwentyTwo Real Estate is pleased to announce that TwentyTwo Credit I has provided €22 million junior financing for the acquisition of the Spazio office property by the German fund Blue Colibri from AEW.
The Spazio property located in the Rueil Malmaison business district, West of Paris, comprises 36 500 m2 of office space across two buildings. It has been delivered in 2008 for a first-class CAC 40 listed tenant. The property benefits from exceptional visibility with a 165m long facade alongside the A86 ring road and high-quality services meeting the latest international standards.
Société Générale has provided a €114 million senior financing.
