Xavier Bodiou

Xavier Bodiou is Director of the South-West region within Scaprim Property Management – Services division.

Based in Toulouse, Xavier manages the operational teams of Toulouse, Bordeaux, and Aurillac.

He has more than 16 years’ experience in real estate, mainly focused on the tenants of diversified assets whether commercial or residential.

Before joining in Scaprim in 2010, he began his career in climate control engineering maintenance as a Project Engineer with Axima. He subsequently became Branch Manager at Idex Energies.

Xavier graduated from ESICAD in Toulouse with a Master’s degree in marketing and management.
