Hugo Morette
Managing Director Project Management
Hugo Morette is Managing Director of Scaprim Project Management within the Services division.
Based in Paris, he heads the Project Management team.
He has 16 years’ experience in construction project management, with expertise in the development and redevelopment of projects across all asset classes, particularly in the conversion of offices into new uses.
He also assists institutional clients with acquisitions by way of forward-purchases (VEFA) and developments contracts (CPI) in the technical due diligence and project monitoring phases.
Hugo joined TwentyTwo Real Estate in 2014. He began his career with major groups such as BOUYGUES and EIFFAGE, where he was involved in residential, office, luxury hotel and public works.
Hugo graduated from IGC in Vincennes with an engineering degree, specialising in construction.
