Laurent VOURIOT is Deputy Managing Director of Scaprim Property Management – Services division.

Based in Paris la Défense, Laurent is responsible for managing and coordinating the operational, accounting, technical and property teams of both residential and commercial assets.

With 31 years’ experience in property management, Laurent has extensive business and organisational expertise, covering all real estate asset classes.

Before joining Scaprim Property Management in 2008, he held various positions within the Foncia and Gestrim groups.
