Asset Director
Iliès Acharhabi is an Asset Director within the Investments division.
Based in Paris, Iliès has over 11 years’ experience in real estate and heads a team of asset managers overseeing several residential portfolios.
These portfolios comprise circa 7,000 homes under management across France, with tenant satisfaction as a key priority, and a sustainable approach that promotes local development and energy efficiency.
Prior to joining TwentyTwo Real Estate in 2023, he was a project manager at SCET (Caisse des Dépôts).
He began his career in 2012 as an engineer at Bouygues Construction, working on property construction projects.
Iliès graduated from Sciences Po Paris and from ESTP in Paris with an engineering degree.
