Alexandre Khayat is an Investment Manager at TwentyTwo Investment Management.
Based in Paris, Alexandre focuses on sourcing and executing new investment opportunities, supporting the group’s growth strategies with his expertise.
With over five years at the group, Alexandre notably led the development of a dedicated technological tool for the acquisition of single-family homes. He has also contributed to implementing bespoke acquisition strategies suited to various risk profiles.
Before joining TwentyTwo Real Estate in 2019, Alexandre began his career in 2012 at Bouygues Construction, working as a site engineer and gaining solid operational experience.
Alexandre is a graduate of ESTP and ESSEC Business School.
