Igor DAVIDOVITCH is Head of Residential Compliance within Scaprim Property Management – Services division.

Based in Paris la Défense, he ensures that residential property operations comply with regulatory standards. He verifies that internal policies are applied correctly, raises staff awareness of best practices, and actively monitors activities to detect any faults. He works with management and internal teams to mitigate risks, ensuring that high standards of compliance are maintained in the residential area.

He has over 28 years’ experience in property management.

Before joining Scaprim Property Management in 2002, he was Technical Manager at BATIGERE, a social housing association.
