Hugo Morette

Hugo Morette, based in Paris, is CEO of Scaprim Project Management, part of the Services Division at TwentyTwo Real Estate.

With over 19 years of experience in construction project management, he is recognised for his expertise in project development and redevelopment across all asset classes. He particularly excels in repurposing commercial buildings for new uses.
Hugo also supports numerous institutional clients with acquisitions by way of forward-purchases (VEFA) and forward-funding (CPI), overseeing the technical due diligence and project monitoring phases.

Before joining TwentyTwo Real Estate in 2014, he gained experience at major companies like Bouygues and Eiffage, contributing to various residential, office, and luxury hotel projects.

Hugo holds an engineering degree from IGC Vincennes, specialising in construction.
