Director of Residential – Landlord Management
Garance Waked is Director of Residencial at Scaprim Property Management – Services Division.
Based in Paris, Garance leads a residential property management team dedicated to institutional clients and investment funds. Together with her team, she ensures the smooth execution of management mandates, compliance with internal procedures, and the ongoing delivery of high-quality service.
Garance joined Scaprim Property Management in 2015 as part of the Residential Management department. Over the past 10 years, she has progressed successfully from Property Manager to Head of Residential Property Management.
She holds a specialised Master’s degree in Property Development and Real Estate Management (RICS-accredited) from ESTP, following a Master’s in Real Estate and Construction Law from Panthéon-Assas University.
