Fabien Deloeil is the Commercial Real Estate Technical Director within Scaprim Property Management – Services division.

Based in Paris la Défense, Fabien manages the commercial real estate technical team of Scaprim Property Management.

He benefits from over 26 years’ experience in the real estate industry.

Before joining the company in 2002 when the commercial real estate division was created, he began his career with Gestec, a consultancy specialising in real estate, before joining the ICADE group through EUROGEM.

Fabien graduated from ESTHUA in Angers.
