Alain Davoust

Managing Director Property Management and Residential Transactions

Alain Davoust, based in Paris La Défense, is CEO of Scaprim Property Management and Allowa.

He oversees the teams at Scaprim Property Management, part of the Services Division at TwentyTwo Real Estate, operating across 17 sites in France. These teams cover all real estate asset classes.

Since November 2024, Alain has also been heading Allowa, the group’s digital marketplace dedicated to residential transactions.
In parallel, Alain oversees the support functions of the group’s French holding company, TwentyTwo Real Estate France.

With over 31 years of experience, Alain combines in-depth expertise in management, leadership, and information systems with a clear strategic vision. His leadership has helped strengthen client loyalty, fostered strategic partnerships, and supported sustainable growth. He excels in managing structured organisations while guiding his teams through their day-to-day challenges.

Before joining the group in 2004, he served as a consultant to the Executive Board of GESTRIM, then a major player in property management in France.

Alain holds a diploma in Accounting and Finance.
