Christophe Foy

Christophe FOY is Residential Technical Director within Scaprim Property Management – Services division.

Based in Paris la Défense, Christophe manages the residential technical team. He conceives, implements, and monitors national works policies in coordination with internal and external clients. He coordinates the entire network of Scaprim technical managers. He is responsible for budgetary and technical monitoring, reporting, and customer relations for all residential mandates of major national parks.

He has 30 years’ experience in residential property.

Christophe began his career in 1994 with a subsidiary of Spie Batignolles, carrying out price studies and construction supervision. He then joined OPIEVOY, France’s 2nd largest public social housing provider with more than 50,000 homes, where he held a number of positions in technical project management, from operation manager to deputy managing director.

Christophe graduated from ESTP in Paris with an engineering degree.
