Stéphanie Leucat is Human Resources Director for the TwentyTwo Real Estate Group.
Based in Paris, she oversees the strategic and operational aspects of Human Resources, focusing on the overall commitment and well-being of employees, social policy, skills development, and talent acquisition within the Group’s various entities.
Stéphanie has over 23 years’ experience in human resources, including 18 in the real estate industry.
Before joining the TwentyTwo Real Estate Group in 2010, Stéphanie was Head of Employment and Careers at GESTRIM-LAMY (3,600 employees), a real estate administrator in the CAISSE d’EPARGNE Group.
Stéphanie graduated from the Institut de Gestion Sociale de Paris.
