Paul Le Menestrel

Investment Manager

Paul Le Menestrel is an Investment Manager within the Investments division.

Based in Paris, Paul is dedicated to the origination and execution of new investment opportunities within the Acquisition team.

He has over 10 years’ experience in value-add and opportunistic investments across major European property markets.

Prior to joining TwentyTwo Real Estate in 2020, he was an analyst at Ares Management.

He began his career in 2015 at Duff & Phelps in the Real Estate Advisory Group.

Paul graduated from Warwick Business School and Bayes Business School.
