Nicolas Lutgé
Managing Director Asset Management
Nicolas Lutgé is CEO of TwentyTwo Asset Management, part of the group’s Investments division.
Based in Paris, he oversees the asset management of the group’s commercial real estate portfolio and originates and leads investment transactions on behalf of funds managed or advised by TwentyTwo Real Estate.
Prior to joining TwentyTwo Real Estate in 2015, Nicolas spent 12 years at CBRE Global Investors, where he served as Senior Director. He initially focused on value-add strategies in France before expanding his responsibilities to the Benelux region, where he notably established the firm’s local platform.
Nicolas graduated from École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP) and holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Planning from ESSEC Business School.
