Clémence Perrier

Clémence Perrier is an Asset Director within the Investments division.

Based in Paris, she is responsible for asset management of the retail and logistics assets of the funds managed by TwentyTwo Real Estate.

She has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory and asset management, within consulting and management firms on behalf of third parties, and previously with Galimmo, a Cora Group’s property company.

Clémence graduated from Paris II – Assas with a Master’s degree in market finance.
