Caroline Derouin

Caroline Derouin is an Asset Director within the Investments division.

Based in Paris, Caroline supervises an Asset Management team dedicated to third-party mandates.

With over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate across a range of asset classes, she steers the value creation process in line with the investment and holding strategies of our clients, particularly institutional investors.

In charge of various investment projects and the development of real estate opportunities, Caroline specialises in the acquisition and disposal of scattered property portfolios and the management of complex, mixed real estate assets.

Prior to joining TwentyTwo Real Estate as an asset manager in 2008, Caroline was a property manager at Groupama Immobilier where she began her career.
