Benjamin Saura-Neri

Benjamin Saura-Neri is Investment Director and Head of Hospitality within the Investments Division.

Based in London, he leads the origination and execution of investment transactions for funds managed or advised by TwentyTwo Real Estate, while also holding overall responsibility for the hospitality asset class.

He has over 9 years’ experience in value-add and opportunistic investments across major European real estate markets.

Prior to joining TwentyTwo Real Estate in 2021, he was an associate at Queensgate Investments, an investment fund specialised in hospitality.

He began his career in 2017 at Bain Capital Credit in the Special Situations department.
