Morgane Bourdon

Based in Paris La Défense, Morgane Bourdon is the Head of Commercial Relations at Allowa – Technologies Division.

She oversees the development and implementation of the commercial strategy, coordinating the activities of salaried sales representatives, independent commercial agents, and estate agencies. Her goal is to maximise the performance of real estate portfolios and strengthen Allowa’s market position.

Joining the group three years ago, Morgane initially led teams responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and established strategic partnerships with agencies, networks, and companies as part of a strategy to acquire individual houses, before transitioning to Allowa’s sales teams.

Morgane began her career in 2016 in a prestigious Parisian notarial firm. She now has nine years of experience in real estate sales and acquisitions.

She holds a master’s degree in Private Law as well as a Master’s in Real Estate Asset and Wealth Management.
