Alexandre Khayat

Alexandre Khayat is Investment Manager with responsibility for Digital & AI Solutions at TwentyTwo Investment Management.

Based in Paris, he is involved in the execution of investment opportunities as well as portfolio management. He also drives the integration of digital and AI solutions to enhance the performance and efficiency of acquisition and investment management processes.

Alexandre has notably contributed to the implementation of tailored acquisition strategies through the development of proprietary technological tools, particularly in the buildup of single-family home portfolios on a unit-by-unit basis.

Before joining TwentyTwo Real Estate in 2019, Alexandre began his career in 2012 at Bouygues Construction, where he worked as a site engineer and gained strong operational experience.

He is a graduate of ESTP and ESSEC Business School.
