Gilles Bollard
Director of Institutional Sales
Gilles Bollard is Director of Institutional Sales within the Technologies division.
Based in Paris, Gilles heads the team responsible for residential sales on behalf of the institutional customers of the Technology division.
He has 24 years’ experience in acquisition, asset management, property development and marketing in major French real estate markets.
Before joining the Group in 2018, he was Director of Strategy and Territorial Development at the Constructa Group, where he had previously held the positions of Managing Director of the property development business and Managing Director of the residential property marketing subsidiary. He began his career in 2000 with DTZ Asset Management, as a Financial Analyst and then Investment Manager in the Acquisition department.
Gilles graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Lyon and ESSEC Business School.
