{"id":3613,"date":"2014-07-30T09:47:13","date_gmt":"2014-07-30T07:47:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/twentytwo.com\/twentytwo-credit-i-completes-a-second-investment\/"},"modified":"2024-01-18T14:46:22","modified_gmt":"2024-01-18T13:46:22","slug":"twentytwo-credit-i-completes-a-second-investment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/twentytwo.com\/en\/twentytwo-credit-i-completes-a-second-investment\/","title":{"rendered":"TwentyTwo Credit I completes a second investment"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>TwentyTwo Credit I\u00a0has invested\u00a0in a mezzanine bond\u00a0financing for the Resonance office development by CODIC group<\/h3>\n<p>TwentyTwo Real Estate (\u201cthe Company\u201d) is pleased to announce that TwentyTwo Credit I, an investment vehicle managed by the Company, has partnered with CODIC and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank to fund a circa 24,000 sqm office development named \u201cResonance\u201d located in Bagneux, France.<\/p>\n<p>TwentyTwo Credit I provided CODIC with \u20ac24 million mezzanine bond\u00a0financing, while Deutsche Pfandbriefbank provided a \u20ac50 million senior financing facility.<\/p>\n<p>The Resonance development is located in the \u201cVictor Hugo\u201d regeneration area of Bagneux, in the southern outskirts of Paris, which will benefit from the \u201cGrand Paris\u201d infrastructure. The property will offer large attractive floor plates of circa 3,000sqm while boasting the latest environmental credentials. Neopost has already agreed to lease about a third of the property on completion.<\/p>\n<p>CODIC is a Belgian real estate development company founded in 1970 focusing on multifunctional projects such as office buildings, business parks and shopping centres. It has expanded its business to France which is now one of its main development markets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Daniel Rigny, founder of TwentyTwo Real Estate said<\/strong>: \u201cWe are pleased to support CODIC to develop this high quality property.
