The sale of the properties is expected to be completed during Q4 2018. These disposals are expected to generate \u20ac142 million in sales proceeds for Officiis Properties, in line with the appraised values of the assets as at March 31, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>On December 19, 2017, Officiis Properties sold the Salengro building to a French institutional investor generating sales proceeds of \u20ac19 million.
