It has been delivered in 2008 for a first-class CAC 40 listed tenant. The property benefits from exceptional visibility with a 165m long facade alongside the A86 ring road and high-quality services meeting the latest international standards.<\/p>\n<p>Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale has provided a \u20ac114 million senior financing.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Rigny, founder of TwentyTwo Real Estate, said: \u201cWe are pleased to have partnered with Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale to support Blue Colibri in the acquisition of the Spazio.
