The building, formerly known as Le Magellan and renamed The Light House, was originally built in 2001 to house the headquarters of Faurecia, one of the world\u2019s leading automotive equipment manufacturers. Works to renovate the building began in mid-2019 following the departure of this historic tenant.<\/p>\n
