GreenBerry is centrally located in France, close to several motorways and a rich transport hub facilitating its direct connection to Bourges.<\/p>\n<p>The construction started in September 2022 with delivery scheduled for the 4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0quarter of 2023, the platform for rent offers back-to-back cells, including four 1,500 sqm cells for flammable hazardous products and five 12,000 sqm cells.<\/p>\n<p>The site, which will have\u00a0<strong>BREEAM Very Good certification<\/strong>, will meet the latest requirements in terms of sustainable development, including the commitments of the Afilog Charter. Its roof will be used to develop a photovoltaic power plant generating an annual production of approximately 9,000 MWh, equivalent to the annual energy consumption of 4,500 people.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u201cWe are very pleased with this transaction, which falls in line with our strategy of investing in the logistics segment, considering its strong fundamentals.
