Philippe Couturier
Senior Managing Director
Philippe Couturier is Senior Managing Director at TwentyTwo Real Estate.
Based in Paris, Philippe leads the asset management activity within the Investments division, as well as the Services and Technologies divisions of the Group.
He has 27 years’ experience in the real estate sector, leading asset management, property management, development, and residential brokerage activities.
Before joining TwentyTwo Real Estate in 2013, Philippe spent 10 years as Chief Executive Officer of Constructa and Chairman of Constructa Asset Management, increasing its assets under management from €700m to €7bn. Prior to 2003, he was a partner at Sicier, an accountancy firm specialising in real estate.
Philippe graduated as a chartered professional accountant.
